If the 'Pick-Up' option is chosen then you must email or telephone to make arrangements to collect. We cannot guarantee anyone will be available if you collect without making prior arrangements.
Packages are sent via Royal Mail special delivery or Airsure - require a signature.
Shipping - Orders are shipped once payment is cleared and received via Paypal or Nochex. Dispatch should take 24-48 hours but make take up to 7 days. BACS may take 3 working days to clear through the bank, after receipt. All payments must be in GBP sterling. All our prices are inclusive of any vat, but exclusive of postage. Postage/Shipping is added during the checkout process prior to payment.
Delivery - Any orders sent by Royal Mail special delivery or Airsure will require
a signature on delivery. If a delivery of your order has been attempted and you have not picked up the goods from the place they specify with the time limits of Royal Mail or relavent country's postage service rules, then you will still be liable for the shipping costs. If we have to re-deliver, then you will have to pay these additional postage costs prior to re-delivery.
Despatch of Orders While we make every effort to dispatch your orders with 2 working days, we cannot be liable for circumstances/delays outside of our control.
Please ensure that all details you have supplied to us have not changed. It is your responsibility to inform us of any such changes immediately.
Refunds Please note: we cannot accept return of jewellery that is for piercings of any kind - this is for health & safety reasons. Any returns must be in the original container, undamaged. All returns MUST be well packaged and be in a resaleable condition e.g brand new as sent and unsoiled. Returns must be sent back by special
delivery/insured trackable means and the customer is responsible for these postage costs. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the products have been abused.
Damaged/Faulty Goods - All orders are checked prior to dispatch,and are well packaged, but in the unlikely event that goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition, you must email us within 2 days of receipt to obtain a return number. Failure to do so may affect any refund. You will then be required to return the goods, as refunds cannot be made until we have received the returned goods.Please note:
that in seasonal times, such as Christmas, this may take longer than normal.
