PMC Designs is run by jewellery designer and tutor Lesley Howard.Payments - All credit/debit card payments are taken via PayPal secure server or Nochex. You do not need to be an account holder with them to use this facility. We also accept payment by BACS - details via checkout process. Orders are shipped once payment is cleared and received.. All payments, inclusive of BACS, must be in GBP sterling (We do not accept cheques as payment as from 9/01/2009). All our prices are inclusive of any vat, but exclusive of postage. Postage/Shipping is added during the checkout process prior to payment.Delivery - All orders that are sent by Royal Mail next day delivery or Airsure and require a signature on delivery. If a delivery of your order has been attempted and you have not picked up the goods from the place they specify with the time limits of Royal Mail, then you will still be liable for the shipping costs. If we have to re-deliver, then you will have to pay these additional postage costs prior to re-delivery.Despatch of Orders While we make every effort to dispatch your orders with 2 working days, we cannot be liable for circumstances/delays outside of our control. In the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are not in stock, then we will email you. Please ensure that all details you have supplied to us have not changed. It is your responsibility to inform us of any such changes immediately.Refunds For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears. Any returns must be in the original container and fit for resale. All returns MUST be in the orginal packaging and be in a resaleable condition e.g brand new as sent and unsoiled. Returns must be sent back by special delivery/insured trackable means and the customer is responsible for these postage costs. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the products have been abused.Damaged/Faulty Goods - All orders are checked prior to dispatch, but in the unlikely event that goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition, you must email us within 2 days of receipt to obtain a return number. Failure to do so may affect any refund.
